Events in your rental
First-Saturday Market Day: $75 standalone, or +$25 within a weekly/monthly booking. Designated special events: $125 standalone, or +$75 within a weekly/monthly booking.
Only the higher event charge applies when events overlap. Your date-based quote shows the supplements before you submit; confirmed prices are locked.
How rental dates work
Daily rentals cover the selected number of consecutive days. Weekly rentals cover seven consecutive days per week. Monthly rentals run from the selected date to the same date next month, excluding the end date. If that date does not exist, the end date is the last day of the next month. One month is booked at a time.
Founding-vendor offer
The first six approved monthly trucks can receive $650 base rent for their first three rental months. Request the offer when applying; manager verification is required. Electricity and event supplements remain separate.
Metered electricity
Each space has its own meter and 50A pedestal. Electricity is billed separately. The manager will specify the $/kWh rate in your approved reservation before you pay.

Monday–Friday: 11 AM–9 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM–10 PM
Market Days: 9 AM–10 PM
All times Central.
Cancellation policy
Vendor-cancelled food truck payments are non-refundable. A truck with three reservation cancellations is no longer eligible for the park. Park-initiated cancellations refund affected rent and do not count toward that limit.
Seating & seasonal pricing
Covered patio seating is planned behind the commissary at 1008 N. Laurent, Suite D. Indoor dining opens later, date TBD. We expect indoor dining to reduce weather effects and will reassess seasonal rates using actual demand. No automatic seasonal surcharge is currently applied.
