Our first market, followed by the first Saturday of each month. Vendors 9 AM–5 PM; food trucks 9 AM–10 PM.
Covered patio seating is planned behind the dining commissary building: 1008 N. Laurent, Suite D, Victoria, TX 77901.
Indoor dining opens in a later phase, date TBD. Arcade opening and entertainment announcements will follow.

What are the food truck hours?
Monday–Friday: 11 AM–9 PM. Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM–10 PM. On Market Days (first Saturdays), food trucks open early at 9 AM and close at 10 PM. All times Central Time.
When will the park open?
The first Market Day is December 5, 2026, then the first Saturday of each month. Market booths run 9 AM–5 PM and food trucks 9 AM–10 PM (Central Time). Regular food truck hours are Monday–Friday 11 AM–9 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–10 PM, with an earlier 9 AM start on Market Days.
Are the trucks here every day?
Each truck will have its own confirmed schedule. Check the daily lineup before visiting.
What about parking and accessibility?
Covered patio outdoor seating is planned behind the dining commissary building at 1008 N. Laurent, Suite D, Victoria, TX 77901. Indoor dining will open in a later phase, date TBD. Parking, accessible routes and restroom details will be published when confirmed.
